Applications Administrator

The Company: Our client is a rapidly expanding financial services provider based in the centre of Reigate. They have won numerous awards for their level of customer service and are well respected within the industry for their standards, systems and innovation.
The Role: The role involves ensuring that Equity Release applications are properly completed and sent to the relevant lender, maintaining accurate records, liaising with the lenders and customers to facilitate an early completion. You will process all administrative tasks relating to live policies within the set service standards. You will handle all progress and information enquiries by telephone and take a proactive approach to solving problems and reviewing processes as necessary.
Skills / Experience Required: Financial Services experience within customer services administration is essential, ideally with a pensions or mortgage related background. You should be a good communicator, customer service focused and comfortable with IT, especially in relation to Word, Excel and Outlook. Also, you should have, or be willing to study for the following qualifications - FPC, CFP, CeMAP or MAQ.
Additional Information: The basic salary will start at between £18,000 and £20,000 and the bonus potential will be to around £2,000. The benefits package is excellent and if you take full advantage of the pension scheme, it will be worth in excess of £1,500.
