Development Analyst - Customer Services

A leading provider of retirement benefits, in line with their ongoing expansion, now seek a Customer Services Development Analyst to join the Operations Development & Servicing Department.

The Company: Our client has been expanding over the last 3-4 years and this is continuing as they look to gain market share and take advantage of their position and standing in the market - they are highly respected and viewed as an innovative, setter of standards. Their product lines are Annuities and Equity Release.

The Role: This team enables and drives change and improvements to systems and processes used throughout the organisation. You would work closely with the Business Systems, IT Analysts, Process Improvement team, Programme Management and Business Project Co-ordinators. The main duties of this role include:

• Elicit business requirements during the course of analysis of programme projects, representing all operations departments needs.
• Provide experience and expertise during the course of project initiation and analysis to ensure Operations are represented fully and departments’ requirements are elicited, collated and fed into the project scope.
• Manage the design and execution of Business Acceptance Tests in consultation with the Department Manager, the Project Manager and IT for assigned projects.
• Ensure the changes introduced by new programme projects are seamlessly adapted into business processes without impact on SLAs or Quality levels.

Skills / Experience Required: You should have previous experience and expertise in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Test Management and Project Management. You will also have the ability to manage multiple projects and represent the company when meeting external suppliers. In addition you will need to have an assertive and diplomatic manner and the ability to co-ordinate and motivate others.

Additional Information: Our client offers a competitive basic salary, c.£4,000 bonus potential and a full benefits package worth in excess of £2,000.
