IFA Telephone Account Manager
Highly respected within the industry for their level's of customer service and innovation, this client continues to expand and now require an additional Telephone Account Manager to develop business from a panel of IFA's.
The Company
Our client focuses on the retirements market, a huge and growing market in the UK and they are often a preferred option for IFA's who are looking to assist their retirement age clients. They have expanded massively over the last 2-3 years, have solid financial backing and are looking to capitalise on their reputaiton and gain further market share.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships and developing business from a panel of Independent Financial Advisers over the telephone. This will entail:
• Working in tandem with field based National Account Managers to maximise the maintenance and development of business from key IFA’s.
• Maintaining a high degree of proactive contact with IFA’s to secure business, driven through a series of outbound calling campaigns.
• Agreeing and implementing an operating plan with your Team Leader for Marketing accounts. Monitor that plan and ensure that any required corrective action is taken as necessary.
• Build strong and productive working relationships with both sales and administration staff at all accounts.
Skills / Experience Required
Candidates will need to have previous experience within a sales (or call-centre) environment with Financial Services, with a proven track record of achieving results. You should also possess CF1-5 and ER1, with a willingness to study further.
