Office Support Assistant (Part-Time)

The Role
This position requires a team player who will provide essential backup to support the smooth running of the business. The hours are 2.30pm to 5.30pm five days a week. The Office Support department provides a wide range of assistance, including the following areas:
• Post - sorting and despatch
• Sending out company literature
• Office stationery ordering and control
• Organising courier services
You will be responsible for liaising with colleagues to ensure that an excellent standard of service is provided to both internal and external clients and you will be required to communicate both verbally and in writing with customers both inside and outside of the organisation.
Skills / Experience Required
Applicants must possess sound English and Mathematic skills, very good attention to detail – a combination of speed and accuracy and an interest in working in an office environment. If you have already worked within financial services in any respect, that would be an added bonus.
