I am recruiting for a leading provider of business services, including absence management, counselling services and HR advice and consultancy services. They require a proven HR professional to join the HR advice and consultancy team based in Hinckley. The successful candidate will provide timely and effective, telephone based HR, payroll and health and safety related advice to both insured and non-insured clients.
This will involve producing formal written documentation such as contracts of employment and other letters and HR documentation and processes to meet clients' needs and providing pro-active advice and support to a wide range of clients on all aspects of HR and Employment Law.
