Life & Critical Illness Underwriters

Our client is a major UK product provider, be it in life, pensions, investments and protection etc. These openings, of which there are several, would focus on the Term Assurance and Critical Illness lines. The underwriting area is undergoing expansion over the next few months and it is anticipated that this initial drive will come to a close one they secure five or six Underwriters, all with a life and protection background that spans at least 4 years.

In essence, the role will see you processing all your own requirements, liaising with customers, doctors, IFA's and brokers. This is an expanding area with a major player and you will be working with a good deal of people also new to the business, including some of the Senior Underwriters and Managers, therefore this is a great opportunity to progress, they encourage people with ambition and the training that is required is second to none, and ongoing.

The benefits package is in keeping with an established product provider and includes an annual bonus and share schemes.
