Systems & Processes Team Analyst

The Company: Our client is recognised as a leader in the retirements market and are respected by the IFA community and rival providers alike. Now just shy of 300 staff, their expansion is continuing within a booming market and their market share is increasing.

The Role: You will fulfil a key role in enabling and driving change and improvements to systems and processes used within the department. You will also be the central point of contact for technical queries and production issues whilst contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes.

In addition you will represent the team and provide experience and expertise during the course of project analysis and system user acceptance testing, liaising with the Department Manager and the System Analyst. You will process all administrative tasks relating to 'live' policies within set service standards and these standards are recognised as being amongst the best in the industry, helping the company win numerous awards.

Skills / Experience Required: You must have financial services experience, ideally within pensions / annuities. Candidates should have a background within a similar role, driving change and improvements to systems and processes. Good project management skills are essential and should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills. An assertive and diplomatic personality and the ability to manage multiple tasks is also required.

Additional Information: The basic salary is offered between £20,000 and £22,000 and they offer a bonus potential of c.£2,000 and full benefits package as well as ongoing training, development and the opportunity to study for professional qualifications.
