Senior Pensions Administrator

Whilst our client would like to recruit someone with supervisory experience, these people are very hard to find, so they will happily recruit someone with the attributes of a potential team leader / manager and help develop them.

The Company: This is a multi award winning pensions administration company, well respected, viewed as an innovative employer, very well managed and they have been expanding to close to 300 people over the last 3-4 years.

The Role: The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client and members needs whilst promoting the company brand. Key tasks include cradle to grave Final Salary administration (including calculations and quotations), dealing with member queries, taking on ad hoc project work and identifying areas where the service could be improved.

In addition, the Senior Administrator will contribute to pensions training and development and provide basic training for Junior Administrators, as well as supervising them and also deputising in the absence of the Team Manager.

Skills / Experience Required: You must have at least three years DB admin experience and whilst supervisory experience is preferred, as mentioned above, our client can place people in this role with the right attributes and develop their supervisory / management skills. You must be numerical and an excellent communicator.
