Operations Manager

I am recruiting for an operations manager to oversee the effective day to day running of a number of care homes whilst developing new services and ensuring that the company’s core values are maintained. You will have full responsibility for CQC compliance across a number of homes as well as the responsibility for effective operation and delivery of business plans within the group. You will (in conjunction with HR) recruit and line manage a number of unit managers and also assist in the development and commissioning process of new homes. Experience of delivering services within the field of acquired brain injury is essential.
