Implementation Analyst

The Role - The position is based around supporting the Implementation Manager in providing a client focused service delivery. The main responsibilities include:

* Assisting in the migration of data including specification design, development, testing and reconciliation.
* The production of letters, including specification design, development and testing.
* Interpreting Trust Deed and Rules, scheme booklets and other scheme documentation to identify business requirements and specify, develop, test and deliver calculations.
* Specify, design, develop and test client documentation.
* Deliver and amend documentation to ensure successful operations through the scheme lifecycle.
* Ensure that production targets are met and client satisfaction maintained, liaising with the client where necessary.
* Contribute to developing new procedures and/ or technology in accordance with the company strategy.

Skills / Experience Required - The requirements for this role are that you have a background in Final Salary administration as well as data analysis or data migration experience. You must also have a good handle on pensions legislation and regulatory requirements.
