Pensions Technician (6 month contract)

Our client, a large, well established financial services provider, currently requires a fixed term contractor with a final salary background until the end of March 2010.

The role involves the following:

* Interpretting scheme rules and documents with a view to documenting that understanding.
* Being able to identify where scheme documentation is missing.
* Understanding and being able to perform calculations.
* The ability to understand and check calculations.
* Highly competent in the use of Microsoft software.
* Interrogating member and/or scheme files with a view to resolving data queries.
* Engaging with HMRC to resolve scheme or member level queries.

You must have an admin / technical background based around final salary schemes.
