This is an opportunity to join an expanding Employee Benefits consultancy with a growing and respected reputation and the timing of this next appointment could be perfect, due to recent major changes.

You will report to the Head of Flexible Benefits, someone we have had a professional relationship with for some time. The primary objective is to provide flexible benefit expertise to corporate clients in accordance with company procedures, therefore implementing schemes and account managing through the process.

Part of your responsibility will be to contribute, as a member of the Flexible Benefits team, to the smooth running of the department and the achievement of its objectives. You must have flexible benefits consultant experience that would ideally have included salary sacrifice implementation and a proven track record in developing and delivering presentations.
