Our client is a leading firm of consultants focusing on the Flexible Benefits market. Their clients range from SME's to firms employing 100,000+ staff and in total, their packages are utilised by over 500,000 staff worldwide.
Due to an impending internal promotion, our client is now looking to fill the gap that will be left in this team and in essence, this team act as the primary point of contact to scheme members, delivering industry leading service and working as a team to ensure that the SLA’s are met.
Our client requires someone with previous customer support experience, probably within a helpdesk/call centre environment, but the role is much more than that, as you will see below. Excellent communication skills are required, as is a high level of familiarity with Word and Excel. Attention to detail, the ability to work on your own and in a team as well as the ability to work in a target driven environment are also skills that will be valued assets in this role. The main responsibilities are as follows:
* Answer telephone calls from members and deal with their queries.
* Respond to email queries from members.
* Manage the input of Joiners and Leavers data for pre registered members.
* Manage the launch competition process.
* Process Childcare Vouchers and update and maintain the relevant spreadsheets.
* Provide resources for Client Promotion days including personnel to attend and arrange for stands and promotional items etc to be sent and collected from the venue.
* Provide and manage guest access codes for prospective new clients or clients looking to upgrade their service.
* Test the company website prior to a launch date to ensure that links etc. are all working.
