Flexible Benefits Consultant Support

This is a fabulous opportunity with a growing division of this Employee Benefits Consultancy based in a central, City location. The main requirements are that you have been involved in Flexible Benefits for at least 2 years, ideally have some professional qualifications under your belt and have developed your Excel skills to at least Intermediate level.

The role is based around assisting the Flexible Benefits Director and Consultants in the successful implementation, management and development of our clients flexible benefit solutions.

The main elements of the role include:

• Undertake agreed tasks for the Flexible Benefits Director and Consultants as requested.
• Support the Flex Consultants, helping them maintain their client portfolio in accordance with set procedures and in a compliant manner.
• Ensure that scheme literature is accurate and available at all times.
• Support the preparation of the end of annual election reports and employee communication programmes.
• Provide support in the execution of feasibility studies.
• Assist in the monitoring of provider service standards.
• Ensures that commissions and fees on all client accounts are generated for the relevant periods and for the correct amounts.
• Responds accurately and promptly to members’ and employers’ queries.
