Pensions Administration Team Leader
Our client is a large blue chip employee benefits consultancy and their immediate requirement is for a Team Manager with experience in group pensions administration and team management experience.
The role will include management of a client support team, organising team resources to ensure the delivery of a cost efficient, reliable, timely and accurate administration service for their clients
Your duties will include:
* Maintaining a forward planning schedule to balance resources available with anticipated demands and manage the day-to-day workload to deliver work to agreed targets.
* Manage the team to the budget set
* Ensure processes are being properly applied and continuously improved and manage and implement any changes to standard procedures.
* Manage nationally or regionally implemented initiatives across the teams.
* Communicate with clients on changes to work planning schedules and from adhoc client demands
* Manage, organise, coach and motivate team members to achieve the project/task through good working practices.
* Ensure processes are being properly applied and areas for process improvement are notified to the process owner.
* In conjunction with the complaints team, analyse root causes where errors are made, coach team members in identifying the problem and implement a sustainable solution.
