Senior Pensions Administrator
This client is a large blue chip employee benefits consultancy with global presence0.
One of the current requirements is for a Principal Pensions Administrator to work as part of a team providing an accurate, reliable and high standard of administration service for defined / complex member events.
Duties will include:
* Provide support and guidance for other team members and act as a deputy to the Team Manager when required
* Perform highly complex pensions calculations, enter pensions data and answer complex enquiries to the required standard using manual/system processes across a wide range of member events
* Continuous achievement of volume and quality targets set by the business
* Undertake checking activity as required to support team members
* Promptly and professionally communicate with clients and scheme members on complex queries as required
* Work towards the next level of process accreditation as agreed with your manager
* Ensure complaints are elevated to the team manager
* Suggest process and procedural efficiencies to the team manager
The main requirements are as follows:
* At least two years experience in corporate pensions administration (DB or DC)
* You must be able to demonstrable an ability to manage a team in a deputising capacity
